What are the requirements to register?

The requirements for individuals are:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid CPF.
  • Valid and secure email address. Remember, the provision of false information or the misuse of third party data in your own name is a crime typified by the Brazilian Penal Code.
 
The requirements for Legal Entities are:
  • CNPJ active.
  • Valid and secure email address. The registration of legal entities as a User must necessarily be performed by a legal representative duly authorized for this purpose.

Will my WiBX expire?

Only those WiBXs that expire through engagement on the Fidelidade WiBOO platform expire. All currencies not traded in up to 3 months, go to a WiBOO Foundation wallet and are distributed to social institutions.

What is a WiBX transaction?

WiBX transaction is any transfer of WiBX between wallets, purchases of products or services and transfers to Exchange.

Can I transfer my WiBX to a third party?

Yes, you can transfer your WiBX to any other WiBX wallet or to Exchange wallets.

How do I receive the products I buy with WiBX?

Purchases are made via the internet and the withdrawal is made physically at the store address. Except when purchased in an e-commerce with WiBX, in this case the product will be delivered according to the delivery rules of the e-commerce itself.

What is a Wallet or Digital Wallet?

I have a business, can I accept WiBX without using Wiboo’s digital marketing platform?

Yes, just register on our platform to create your wallet and start receiving WiBX.

What is 2-factor verification?

2-factor verification uses a token, which is a second security factor that can be added to your account. It protects access through a 6-digit security code that is generated every 30 seconds by an application developed by a third party. Only your mobile device (smartphone) will have access to the application and the combination of your password with the code will never be the same, ensuring greater security when accessing and using the account.

To activate this security step, you need to download a token manager application (we suggest Authy, but you can also use Google authenticator).

After downloading the application, you will need to enable ‘2-step authentication’ within your account on our website.

1: Click on the main menu in the upper left corner of the screen and go to My Account.
2: In the side table on the left side of the screen, you will find the option Security, click to continue.
3: With the application already installed on your device, follow the directions found on the installation screen.

With two-step authentication (token) active, every login to your account and cryptocurrency transfer will be performed using the application on your smartphone.

How do I solve the problems with the Token / Authentication in 2 steps?

The 2-step authentication (token) of your account is done through a code generated by an application developed by third parties. There are several options, and each application is developed by a different company. For example: the Authy application belongs to the company Authy Inc., whereas the Google Authenticator application belongs to Google itself. Our access to the application’s functionality is restricted only to the link between the application and your account (activation and removal), any other information is the responsibility of the developers, who have specific supports to assist you. If you have any questions regarding the use of your application, account redemption or even operational problems, look for the support responsible for the application you use.

How do I disable 2-step authentication?

As it is an extremely secure feature for the user, 2-step authentication cannot be disabled through the application, for this you will need the help of our support team.

To disable your 2-step authentication, contact support at support@wibx.io. It is important that you attach a photo of yourself holding a document with a photo and that your CPF number is visible, (it must be the same as the account you want to disable authentication).

Remember that your face and social security number must be visible in the photo. Write the following sentence in the email: I (your name) want to disable 2-step authentication for my account.

I shared a WiBOO loyalty ad and didn’t get WiBX what can it be?

Be aware of the sharing rules described in the offer sharing screen under “WiBOO Loyalty”. They always describe the rewards offered by the advertiser in each social network and in each type of engagement (likes, shares, clicks, etc.). And if you find actions marked with zero values ​​(0) it means that the advertiser chose not to pay rewards for that action , on that social network. When your post is directed to Facebook you need to monitor the entire social network to account for the interactions it received, for this reason it can take up to seven hours for WiBX to appear to you. In extreme cases, an ad may have its budget at the end when you share and when the measurement is made, it may happen that the balance of the advertiser has run out. So always be aware of the ads with the flame icon, they mark new ads that are still with their “full” budget. This indicates that the chance of it having ended by the time your engagement was validated is much less.
